घर में एक अकेली महिला, दरवाजे पर अनजान दस्तक और दावा कि वह जनगणना कर्मी है। महिला ने जैसे ही दरवाजा खोला, एक अंजान महिला समेत पीछे खड़े 2 युवक अचानक घर में घुस गये। इसके बाद तीनों ने मिलकर अकेली महिला को बंधक बना लिया। विरोध करने पर महिला को बेरहमी से पीटा गया। उनके गले से सोने की चेन और कान की बालियां उतरवाईं और घर में रखे अन्य गहने व कीमती सामान भी समेट लिया। इतना ही नहीं, लूटपाट की इस पूरी वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद महिला को बालकनी में बांधकर तीनों लुटेरे फरार हो गये।
वारदात के समय घर में अकेली थी पीड़िता
यह सनसनीखेज वारदात सोमवार शाम करीब 4 बजे जमशेदपुर के मानगो थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत जवाहरनगर रोड नंबर 15 स्थित श्रीकृष्णा उद्यान के गोविंदा ब्लॉक में घटी। घटना के वक्त पीड़िता लीलावती अम्मा घर में अकेली थी। अपराधियों की मारपीट में उनके चेहरे और मुंह पर चोटें आई हैं। उनका एक भी दांत टूट गया है। दिनदहाड़े हुई इस वारदात के बाद पूरी सोसाइटी में दहशत का माहौल है।
1 महिला समेत 3 बदमाशों ने की वारदात
पीड़ित लीलावती के अनुसार, सोमवार शाम करीब 4 बजे एक महिला उनके फ्लैट पर पहुंची। उसने खुद को जनगणनाकर्मी बताया। दरवाजा खोलने पर महिला ने बातचीत शुरू की तो लीलावती ने उसे बताया कि उनके मकान की जनगणना पहले ही हो चुकी है। आरोप है कि इतना सुनते ही महिला जबरन फ्लैट के अंदर घुस गयी। लीलावती कुछ समझ पाती, इससे पहले ही महिला के पीछे 2 युवक भी घर में दाखिल हो गये। तीनों ने मिलकर उन्हें अपने कब्जे में ले लिया और किसी को सूचना देने या शोर मचाने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी। पीड़िता के अनुसार, आरोपियों ने पहले लीलावती के साथ मारपीट की। इसके बाद उनके गले से सोने की चेन और कान की बालियां उतरवा ली।
इसके बाद बदमाशों ने घर के अन्य कमरों और सामानों को खंगाला। घर में रखे अन्य सोने के गहने और कीमती सामान भी वे अपने साथ ले गये। लूटपाट पूरी करने के बाद आरोपियों ने लीलावती को बालकनी में बांध दिया और फ्लैट से निकलकर फरार हो गये।
पीड़िता ने बालकनी से लगायी मदद की गुहार
तीनों बदमाशों के जाने के बाद पीड़िता ने हिम्मत जुटायी और बालकनी से शोर मचाकर आसपास के लोगों को मदद के लिए पुकारा। उनकी आवाज सुनकर सोसाइटी के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और उन्हें बंधन से मुक्त कराया। जिसके बाद पड़ोसियों ने पूरी घटना की जानकारी उनके पति बीएस पिल्लै को फोन कर दी। पीड़िता के पति डिमना स्थित एक ऑटोमोबाइल शोरूम में सेल्स मैनेजर हैं। सूचना मिलते ही वे आनन-फानन में घर पहुंचे और पुलिस को घटना की जानकारी दी।
सीसीटीवी से अपराधियों तक पहुंचने की कोशिश
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही मानगो थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। पुलिस ने पीड़िता से पूछताछ कर पूरे घटनाक्रम की जानकारी ली। इसके बाद पुलिस सोसाइटी और आसपास के इलाके में लगे सभी सीसीटीवी कैमरों के फुटेज खंगाले में जुटी हैं। पुलिस महिला समेत तीनों आरोपियों की पहचान और उनके आने-जाने के रूट का पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है। वहीं, लूटे गये गहनों और अन्य सामान की कीमत का आकलन भी किया जा रहा है।
फर्जी पहचान बनाकर घर में घुसने का बढ़ा खतरा
इस वारदात ने घर में अकेले रहने वाले लोगों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिये हैं। अपराधियों ने सरकारी कर्मचारी होने का झांसा देकर पहले घर में प्रवेश हासिल किया और इसके बाद वारदात को अंजाम दिया। ऐसे में किसी भी व्यक्ति के जनगणना, सर्वे या किसी सरकारी काम के नाम पर घर पहुंचने पर उसकी पहचान और विभागीय दस्तावेज की पुष्टि किये बिना दरवाजा खोलना जोखिम भरा हो सकता है। संदेह होने पर संबंधित विभाग या पुलिस से सत्यापन करना जरूरी है।
